If you want to stay in the countryside, Le Tre Querce, Volterra is a private six bedroom house with pool for rent, 2km from Volterra, in the Tuscan hills between Siena and Pisa.  There is a large kitchen and living space downstairs – perfect for a cooking lesson or dining at home with Cinzia preparing local specialties!

LATEST UPDATE:  Near Rome, Cinzia is now cooking at the Caselle delle Rose. Located in the countryside, but a stone’s throw from the Eternal City!

We love what Marcello Paoli is doing with his olive oils from Settimello.  We use them in our supperclubs and we even have some for you to take home.  This is not oil for cooking, it is “green gold” to be used as-is over crusty bread, salad, and vegetables.

Our favorite Tuscan vin santo is from the Fattoria Grignano in Pontassieve and we love to serve it to finish off our dinners.  It’s not just for cantucci!
