Volterra "Le Tre Querce" villa recently and had the pleasure to enjoy Cinzia's cooking which were delicious and we highly recommend her as a chef/cook!!
I will definitely keep contact with her and use her again weather it will be in Tuscany or France.
I can't wait to experience some more Tuscan food from Cinzia's recipes

Thanks for a really delicious & varied meal, served up with relaxed elegance and charm. Cinzia certainly knows her Tuscan cooking chops all right, and this was a brilliant new (at least, for me) way to eat a genuine meal from those parts, in central London.
This certainly beats eating out at a London restaurant (not that many good Italian ones anyway) and very good value to boot...
