Cooking Classes – in London and Tuscany

We are delighted to offer our first cooking classes !

Cinzia’s Crostinis and Stuzzichinis

Crostini are rounds of bread with different seasonal toppings and stuzzichini are all the other treats that you might serve as canapes or a starter!  Our first cooking class will concentrate on a selection of crostini and stuzzichini that can take you through your spring and summer entertaining!  We’ll do the shopping and you will do the cooking and preparation – and then enjoy your work with a glass of prosecco.

The recipes will include some of the following, and some surprises, depending on what we find at the market!

  • Dittini di mousse al finocchiona (puff pastry “fingers” filled with a fennel salami mousse – a big hit at our supperclub events)
  • Crostini Toscani (homemade chicken liver pate – the Tuscan classic)
  • Crostini di olive caldi (toasted bread with a warm olive topping)
  • Crostini di cavolfiore ed aggiughe (cauliflower and anchovy crostinis – a revelation!)
  • Marzolino e fave (seasonal fresh pecorino, only available a few weeks a year, with fava beans)

Class is Sunday, 24 October 2010 from  12 to 3, in Fulham, and the special price for our first session is £50 £35 (special intro price!) per person.  Limited to four people.  Please email info@cucinacinzia.com for reservations and directions!
