About Us

Cinzia M. (pronounced “cheen-zia”) is an accomplished cook and authentic Fiorentina D.O.C. She’s a wealth of information on the foods, recipes and holidays in Tuscany, and is full of local colour, packing a ton of energy and charisma into a tiny package!  She’s passionate about bringing people together around a table – hers, yours, and public tables where she’s invited to host “pop up” dinners, catering, and cooking lessons.  Please contact us on info@cucinacinzia.com if you would like Cinzia to cook for you!
Jill H. spent four years in Florence and is an honorary Florentine.   Jill’s a passionate amateur in the kitchen herself, and a handy translator to have around for updating websites, which keeps Cinzia plugged into her friends in the UK and the US.
